Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea is set to become a unique nature-focused resort offering 361 luxurious rooms and eleven distinct dining options, including stunning overwater restaurants. As the Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates in accordance with our high standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update the departmental SOP Manual to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
  • Collaborate with the senior culinary team to create innovative menus and assess product viability.
  • Supervise and maintain high-quality operations across all kitchen areas.
  • Oversee food promotion planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor food quality across all outlets and banquet services.
  • Complete all departmental reports and correspondence timely and accurately.
  • Engage with community representatives and potential guests.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Pre-opening experience and international exposure preferred.
  • Proven capacity to take charge of projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional social skills to build strong customer relations.
  • Experience in high-volume settings, outdoor catering, and night life management.
