  • الإشراف على عمليات التحضير والإنتاج اليومية ومتابعة فريق العمل.
  • تطبيق اشتراطات سلامة الغذاء والجودة والالتزام بالمعايير الصحية.
  • إدارة استهلاك المواد الخام وتقليل الهدر وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل.
  • متابعة المخزون ورفع الاحتياجات التشغيلية بشكل دوري.
  • تدريب وتطوير العاملين بقسم الحلويات وتحسين مستوى الأداء.
  • المشاركة في إعداد خطط الإنتاج وضبط التكاليف التشغيلية.

المتطلبات الوظيفية:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن (5) سنوات في مجال الحلويات الغربية.
  • خبرة عملية مثبتة في إنتاج وتشغيل الحلويات التجارية بكميات تشغيلية مع المحافظة على ثبات الجودة.
  • إتقان إعداد مختلف أنواع الكيك، التشيز كيك، التارت، الموس، الحلويات الحديثة والمخبوزات الغربية.
  • خبرة في تطوير المنتجات واحتساب الوصفات والتكاليف الغذائية.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة سلامة الغذاء والاشتراطات الصحية.
  • مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فريق العمل وتحفيزه.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات أو دورات متخصصة في الحلويات أو فنون الطهي.
