About the Role:
As an Executive Chef, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel's kitchens, including both a la carte and buffet services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating menus in line with market trends.
  • Maintaining food quality consistency.
  • Training and supervising the kitchen team.
  • Managing purchasing and inventory.
  • Following safety guidelines and HACCP regulations.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef, showcasing high creativity and a strong understanding of brand standards. Experience in Asia is preferred, along with good computer skills and the ability to manage in a multicultural environment.
