Are you ready to take the lead in our empanada concept? As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of our brand. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain high standards of performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and agree on annual plans, budgets, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures for sales activities.
  • Identify and propose locations for new cafe establishments, closing deals for setting up cafes as planned.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer preferences to tailor offerings.
  • Manage stock levels and minimize loss through adherence to procedures.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports on sales and cost budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in empanada operations.
  • 4 years of experience as Operations Manager.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in electro-mechanical products. The candidate must have at least 5 years of local Saudi experience, combining product compliance knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and consultant approvals with sales growth, negotiation, and margin management. This role requires a balance of engineering know-how and business development ability to support our projects and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for electro-mechanical products in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tenders ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
Technical Support & Compliance
  • Prepare and review product compliance documents (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.).
  • Support consultants/contractors with technical clarifications and approvals.
  • Provide pre-sales technical guidance and post-sales technical support.
Design & Documentation
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings when required.

  • Licensing & Registration: Must hold a valid Saudi Driving License and be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance standards (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.) and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Commercial Skills: Negotiation, pricing, and margin management skills, experienced in preparing competitive bids.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (English essential, Arabic an advantage), ability to manage multiple projects, and client relationship management.
