We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and drive our inspection operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining our high standards in safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of inspection operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements as well as DNV’s quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive new business opportunities, supporting tender processes and market developments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years’ total experience, including several years in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
  • Current or recent experience living and working in the Middle East, ideally in Saudi.
  • Proven track record of P&L management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Leadership and Supervision:
  • Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and established procedures.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other personnel on the rig, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Practice clear and concise communication to ensure accurate information exchange and task completion.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, demonstrating strong listening and learning skills.
