About the Role:As a Social Worker, you will be passionate about delivering comprehensive social care, including:
- Medical social work – patient and family education
- Counseling for improved patient quality of life
- Access and navigation support for social care services
- Research initiatives to enhance renal care
Your role will involve working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support patients dealing with chronic illnesses like renal failure, diabetes, and hypertension. Your compassion, combined with strong counseling skills, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Work with the MDT to ensure effective psychosocial support and health promotion.
- Implement a continuous, accurate social care process including assessments and interventions.
- Adopt best practices internationally for patient satisfaction and quality of life enhancements.
- Adhere to Diaverum's policies, quality measures, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:- Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is favorable.
- Fresh graduates or those with 12 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and basic English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
