About the Role:
As a Social Worker, you will be passionate about delivering comprehensive social care, including:

Medical social work – patient and family education
Counseling for improved patient quality of life
Access and navigation support for social care services
Research initiatives to enhance renal care

Your role will involve working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to support patients dealing with chronic illnesses like renal failure, diabetes, and hypertension. Your compassion, combined with strong counseling skills, will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

Work with the MDT to ensure effective psychosocial support and health promotion.
Implement a continuous, accurate social care process including assessments and interventions.
Adopt best practices internationally for patient satisfaction and quality of life enhancements.
Adhere to Diaverum's policies, quality measures, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is favorable.
Fresh graduates or those with 12 years of clinical experience preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and basic English required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
