Key Responsibilities:- Manage non-medical and non-nursing aspects of patient care.
- Coordinate Care Management services and provide administrative support.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling therapy.
- Prepare treatment plans for patients, especially those facing psychosocial challenges.
- Participate in discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support families in coping with grief and loss.
- Assist patients with financial needs through referrals to charity channels.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in the social work field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt in a challenging environment.
