Join Our Team as an Inventory Controller!We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate records, and support inventory audits. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating with our accounting and warehouse teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy in our inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with the accounting and warehouse teams.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of inventory items.
- Support procurement and warehouse operations with inventory insights.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting (required).
- One year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related accounting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
