Key Responsibilities:- Manage accurate, timely management reporting to highlight operational performance and trends.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures for logistics and supply chain activities.
- Monitor financial performance to achieve net profit targets through cost management.
- Build customer relationships with proactive communication and operational insights.
- Ensure seamless vehicle delivery to showrooms, dealers, and distributors.
- Oversee vehicle movements within premises, ensuring safety and compliance standards.
- Formulate service level agreements with customers and negotiate with suppliers.
- Lead staff performance management processes in line with company policies.
