About the RoleAs a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up and organizing systems within the Commercial Department. Your duties will include:
- Creating all forms, scheduling systems, and correspondence venues.
- Maintaining and updating the Delphi system, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Assisting in client relations and administrative needs.
- Participating in team tasks and maintaining a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and communicate corporate policies and hotel standards.
- Support customer loyalty and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues.
- Conduct site visits and participate in joint sales calls.
- Prepare account performance feedback for department meetings.
