As a Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the customer journey with our products and enhance their experience.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the engagement and onboarding process.
  • Support and train the sales organization to improve their effectiveness in selling.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity ecosystems and conduct training on new products.
  • Deliver engaging technical demonstrations that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships to influence customer strategies and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure sustainable quality support and contribute to best practices within the department.

Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years in a related field with expertise in presales support, security software solutions, and familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
