Job Opportunity: Human Resources Specialist

Blue Arrow Events is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with strong experience in managing daily HR operations and supporting organizational development within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Process and manage monthly payroll.
  • Handle employee medical insurance and Iqama renewals.
  • Prepare HR letters and official employee-related documents.
  • Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plans, set KPIs, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Manage HR operations through government platforms.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.

  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
