Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations to management and staff.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and promote continuous feedback.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the consumer goods industry.
