Job Summary:
The Human Resources Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, handling essential HR tasks including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, policy documentation, payroll support, and general administrative duties. This role also contributes to establishing basic HR systems and procedures that align with our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and leave requests.
  • Provide HR-related support to employees and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in processing work and business visas as required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and manage meeting room needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
  • Saudi nationality is mandatory.
