Alogayell Consulting Engineers, a leading engineering consulting company, is looking for a skilled Secretary to enhance our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role is key to supporting our operations over a project period of 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and draft official letters, memos, and reports professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
  • Handle correspondence and incoming communication efficiently.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Prior experience in the construction or contracting sector is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to write and format formal letters professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
