Barber at Red Sea Global Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional grooming experience to guests, focusing on quality cuts, shaves, beard trims, and other personalized services. Your role will not only involve maintaining impeccable grooming standards but also creating a luxury service experience that reflects the resort’s commitment to excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:- Guest Service Excellence: Provide personalized barbering services, ensuring each guest feels relaxed and pampered throughout their service.
- Hair and Beard Grooming: Perform precise haircuts with expert advice on maintaining hair and beard post-service.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workspace and tools, following all health and safety regulations.
- Guest Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback and address any concerns to continuously improve services.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Maintain knowledge of grooming products and promote them to guests.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage appointments effectively and monitor inventory of barbering supplies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties to support the spa’s operation.
