The Role of Beauty Consultant

The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all clients and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. This full-time position is based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting those needs, aiming to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Promote sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive achievement.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels are met according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure store shelves are restocked with products at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
