About the Role

شركة تقنيات القمم is seeking a Database Manager to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience in database management.

Role Purpose

The Database Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of database systems. This includes overseeing database design, administration, performance optimization, security protocols, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure robust and efficient data operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain various database systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Implement and enforce data security policies and access controls, leveraging strong knowledge of database security practices.
• Develop and manage database backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in database management roles.
• Proven experience in designing, administering, and maintaining databases.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with database security practices, including policy implementation and access controls.
• Experience with database backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.
