About the Role

شركة تقنيات القمم is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, mid-career position is designed for a professional with 3-5 years of dedicated experience in network administration and engineering.

Role Overview

The Network Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of robust network infrastructures. This role is critical in ensuring optimal network performance, security, and reliability across the organization's operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
• Configure and manage network routers and switches, with a focus on Cisco technologies.
• Monitor network performance, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency, and perform detailed analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication protocols to ensure secure network access.
• Define and implement comprehensive network policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and security.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a higher diploma in a relevant technical field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a network administrator or network engineering role.
• Possession of CCNA & CCNP Routing & Switching certifications or equivalent is required.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Strong practical experience in networking, routing, and switching, particularly with Cisco equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of various network protocols, including MPLS and EIGRP.
