About the Role

Damas Jewellery is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service within the store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking procedures.
Handle cash management, daily reporting, and adherence to store budgets.
Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain the store's appearance and ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
Ensure all security standards, including those related to CCTV and security alarms, are consistently met.
Maintain knowledge of Store Manager responsibilities and assume duties in the absence of the primary manager.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in store management or a similar leadership role within a retail environment. The role requires proven capabilities in operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
