The Role of Hatchery Planner

Almarai is seeking a Hatchery Planner to join its team in Hail. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves supporting daily hatchery operations and production planning activities. The Hatchery Planner will be instrumental in ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining production performance, monitoring key performance indicators, and upholding biosecurity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily hatchery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Prepare and monitor production plans in alignment with business requirements and production targets.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maintain readiness and efficiency.
Monitor hatchery performance, production results, hatchability, chick quality, and key operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with hatchery operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Monitor and enforce biosecurity requirements to maintain high standards of flock health and operational safety.
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and chick quality.
Collaborate with hatchery management and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and coordinate complex operational tasks within a hatchery environment.
