This growth has created an opportunity for a Production Manager (Protein) to join the team in Hail, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The Production Manager (Protein) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production operations within the protein sector. This role focuses on ensuring that production targets are met consistently, adhering strictly to specified quality and environmental standards, and operating within established budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and output.
Achieve established production targets in line with company objectives.
Ensure all production activities comply with specified quality standards.
Maintain adherence to environmental regulations and company standards.
Operate within the allocated production budget.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the poultry industry, specifically in production roles.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the poultry industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Ability to develop and implement production schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing production data to identify and implement areas for improvement.
Comprehensive knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
