The Role: Regional QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is integral to maintaining robust Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The coordinator will ensure the integrity of QSHE standards across various operational stages, from product receiving to delivery, aiming to meet consumer and customer expectations through diligent implementation of QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee QSHE management systems within the designated region.
• Ensure QSHE compliance during the receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering of products.
• Implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Contribute to satisfying consumer and customer needs by upholding high quality product standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health and Safety Systems (HSS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Demonstrated experience in ISO/HACCP implementation within certified companies.
• Membership of IOSHE.
• ISO 9001:2008 certified Lead Auditor.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Comprehensive knowledge of product composition, product quality, food hygiene, and food safety.
• Proficiency in computer applications and exposure to the SAP environment.
