About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator to join their team in Hail. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to oversee and maintain Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The role is crucial for ensuring that all product handling processes, from receiving to delivery, meet established QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to satisfy consumer and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional QSHE Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QSHE management systems across all stages of product handling. This includes:

• Ensuring QSHE standards are met during product receiving and inspection.
• Overseeing proper handling and storage procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
• Implementing QSHE strategies to support sales and delivery operations.
• Adhering to and enforcing all relevant QSHE policies and procedures.
• Continuously working to satisfy consumer and customer needs through effective QSHE practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Membership in IOSHE and certification as an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor.
• Between 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health and Safety Systems (HSS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Proven experience in ISO/HACCP implementation within certified companies.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of:

• Product composition and quality attributes.
• Food hygiene and food safety principles.
• Exposure to computer systems, including SAP environment.

Language Proficiency

Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both English and Arabic is required for effective communication.
