About the Senior Team Manager Role

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is central to managing civil projects within the company's extensive operations. The role requires candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management and site supervision.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering will lead various civil projects, overseeing all site activities to ensure adherence to established quality, safety, and engineering standards. This position involves comprehensive contractor management, technical oversight, and effective project coordination. A key aspect of the role is to proactively resolve multidisciplinary construction challenges that may arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including work crews and contractors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project quality, progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within specified standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address construction-related issues promptly.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role must possess 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on team management and project oversight.
