Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
• Ensure the efficient and timely intake of poultry into the processing facility.
• Oversee and direct the processing of poultry products to meet specified requirements.
• Guarantee that all internal customer requirements and production targets are consistently met.
• Uphold and enforce adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards across all operations.

Performance and Compliance

A critical aspect of this role involves operating within stringent management performance parameters. This includes actively working to minimize efficiencies loss-in process and striving for zero non-conformance in all production activities. The manager is responsible for ensuring complete compliance with all established Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards at all times.

Required Experience

Prospective candidates for the Team Manager (Poultry) position are required to have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This experience should ideally be in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a poultry processing plant or a similar food manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership and operational oversight.
