About Almarai and the Role

Almarai Company, recognized as the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company and the leading food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company in MENA, is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry). This full-time position is based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing operations within our poultry processing division.

Role Overview

The Team Manager will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products. A primary focus of this role is to ensure that all products consistently meet internal customer requirements, adhere to management performance parameters such as efficiency and zero non-conformance, and comply with defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
• Ensure efficient intake and processing of poultry products.
• Meet internal customer requirements and achieve management performance parameters, including efficiencies in process and zero non-conformance.
• Adhere strictly to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Finalize production and maintenance plans and targets in collaboration with the production management team.
• Maintain a safe working environment and actively work to minimize accidents.
• Propose plant modifications and process optimizations to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Foster a positive team environment and enhance employee output levels.
• Provide necessary training for required jobs and contribute to the development of a multicultural workforce.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a poultry or food manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated understanding and practical implementation of international Quality Standards, including ISO 9000 and HACCP.
• Proven experience in managing a multinational and multifunctional workforce.
• Exposure to automated process control production environments.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both English and Arabic.

This is a full-time role based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic food manufacturing setting. The position requires active leadership and collaboration within a diverse team structure.
