The Role of Senior Team Manager

The Senior Team Manager will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products. This full-time role in Ha'il is critical for ensuring that internal customer requirements are consistently met within established management performance parameters, while strictly adhering to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team for bird intake and poultry product processing.
• Ensure internal customer requirements are met within management performance parameters.
• Uphold defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.
• Collaborate with production management teams to develop and finalize production and maintenance plans.
• Maintain a safe working environment and actively work to minimize workplace accidents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within the poultry or food industry.
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce.
• Exposure to automated process control and production systems.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of implementing international quality standards.
• Ability to propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Strong cooperative skills with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
