About Almarai and the Role

Almarai, a leading integrated food and beverage company, is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its operations. This full-time position is based in Hail and plays a crucial role in managing the poultry processing functions within the facility.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Team Manager (Poultry) is to lead and oversee a self-directing, multi-functional team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient intake of poultry and the subsequent processing of specified poultry products, while consistently meeting operational and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a multi-functional team to ensure efficient poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure that all internal customer requirements are consistently met.
• Adhere to defined management performance parameters, including efficiency targets and loss-in-process controls.
• Maintain a standard of zero non-conformance in all processed products.
• Ensure strict compliance with defined Product Specifications, Quality standards, and Safety protocols throughout the processing cycle.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This experience should ideally be in a managerial or supervisory capacity within poultry processing or a related food production environment, demonstrating a proven ability to lead teams and manage operational processes.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based at Almarai's facilities in Hail. The role operates within a dynamic production environment, requiring consistent presence and oversight of daily operations.
