The Role: Feed Officer

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Feed Officer to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to overseeing feed plant operations, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and in strict adherence to company standards. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence within the feed manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise feed plant operators and laborers to ensure production targets are consistently met.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company ingredient specifications.
• Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined Safety and Quality Standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a Feeds milling or Flour milling plant.
• Have adequate experience in the operation of plant machinery and equipment.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge of boilers, generators, compressors, and other feed mill/flour milling equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
