About the Regional QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company in the MENA region, is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Hail. As the world's largest vertically integrated dairy company and a market leader across the GCC, Almarai offers a dynamic environment for growth. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the company's adherence to world-class Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee full compliance of Almarai's Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems. The Regional QSHE Coordinator will utilize contemporary QSHE management techniques and technology to uphold these standards, contributing to the company's operational excellence and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems.
• Implement and monitor QSHE management techniques and technologies.
• Maintain compliance with world-class QSHE standards.
• Support the company's ongoing growth and expansion programs through robust QSHE practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related Science field from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Quality Management.
• Relevant qualifications in ISO management systems (QMS / FSMS / EMS / OHSMS).
• Qualification as an internal auditor.
• IOSH Working Safely training certification.
• A minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience within the food industry.
• Fluent in English, with strong oral, written, and reading skills.
