The Opportunity: Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming) to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is central to ensuring comprehensive compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems within the company’s farming operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional QSHE Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Ensuring full compliance of the company’s Quality management systems.
• Overseeing adherence to Health & Safety management systems.
• Managing compliance with Environmental management systems.
• Ensuring full compliance with Food Safety management systems.
• Utilizing the latest QSHE management techniques and technology.
• Aligning all QSHE activities with world-class standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, or Food Safety management systems, preferably within a farming or related agricultural context.
• A proven track record of ensuring compliance with established QSHE standards.
• Familiarity with modern QSHE management techniques and technology.
