The Role of Senior Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Senior Team Manager to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role is central to ensuring operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing the company's Business/Quality Management System. The Senior Team Manager will play a key part in maximizing overall Operations business performance within a leading multinational food and beverage organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximizing Operations business performance through the effective maintenance of the Business/Quality Management System.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline.
• Formal ISO 9001-2000 qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of Quality system experience, preferably with a multinational company.
• Exposure to Infant Formula production.
• Experience in utility or rendering operations.
• Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining international quality standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
