Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team in Hafar Al Batin, Eastern Region. This full-time role is focused on achieving the company's growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of Almarai's product range within a designated area. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of sales ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets for Fresh Foods and UHT products to support business growth.
• Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all trade channels to maximize sales and market share.
• Monitor and control product wastage within approved budget levels to protect profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company credit and trade policies to minimize financial risk and safeguard company assets.
• Set, monitor, and review sales targets for the sales team to achieve area performance objectives.
• Negotiate and maintain product shelf space and visibility to strengthen market presence and brand dominance.
• Ensure high standards of product quality, freshness, and hygiene across all trade channels.

Team Leadership and Development

• Develop team capabilities by providing coaching, training, and performance support to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Motivate and engage team members to maximize individual performance and achieve business goals.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings, provide constructive feedback, and implement actions to drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision or a similar role within the industry.
