About the Job:
As a Security Manager at Panda Retail Company for the Southern region, you will oversee and manage security operations to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and assets. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment within the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular assessments to identify potential security risks.
Manage security personnel effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address security concerns.
Investigate security incidents and strategize to prevent future occurrences.
Stay updated on security trends and technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

Secondary school education or higher in Security Management or Criminal Justice.
Proven experience in security management (3 years as a supervisor, 5 years total).
Strong knowledge of security practices and technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
Relevant certifications in security management are an advantage.
Experience in regional security management.
