Role Overview

The Labor role is integral to our production section, providing essential support for various activities that align with organizational requirements. This position ensures the smooth execution of daily tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to maintain operational standards and support overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and uphold 5S standards within the designated work area.
• Provide direct support to the production team to facilitate the completion of manufacturing processes.
• Perform various support activities, including but not limited to labelling, stacking, and sealing of products.
• Promptly inform the direct manager of any observed deviations in materials or preventative maintenance (PM) issues.
• Execute all assigned activities related to the function using established safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager to support operational needs.

Operational Standards and Safety

This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace organization and safety. Adherence to 5S principles is crucial for ensuring an efficient and safe working environment. The individual will be expected to follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines rigorously, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the production facility.
