Purpose of the Role

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the sales team. This involves managing various tasks to streamline sales processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department, thereby ensuring effective communication and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Follow up on the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
