Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Al Rugaib is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join the team at Ashley Furniture in Khamis Mushayt. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales team, assign responsibilities, and monitor daily performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and develop improvement plans.
• Train and coach sales representatives to improve selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Evaluate individual performance and provide guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with approved pricing and discount policies.
• Track daily sales and product performance to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present results to management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and follow up on customer orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in sales and sales team supervision, preferably in furniture retail.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and monitor KPIs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
