About the Role

Ejar CAT Rentals is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time role focuses on maximizing sales of the company's products within a defined geographical area by engaging with both existing and prospective clients.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to drive business growth by regularly engaging with customers, promoting equipment rental and sales solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Senior Sales Representative will operate within established sales management guidelines to ensure effective market coverage and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
• Promote and present equipment rental and sales solutions effectively.
• Prepare accurate quotations and diligently follow up on business opportunities.
• Deliver professional client presentations that highlight price-value advantages.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve target sales volume and turnover.
• Ensure cost-effective sales coverage across the designated territory.
• Manage CRM reporting for opportunities, rental, used equipment, and project updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations and managing sales pipelines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. The role requires regular field visits and direct interaction with customers to foster strong business relationships and achieve sales objectives.
