The Talent Management Advisor Role

Petro Rabigh is seeking a Talent Management Advisor to join our team in Rabigh. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with organizational objectives. The advisor will play a crucial part in fostering employee growth, overseeing training initiatives, and ensuring the effective utilization of talent across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions to support career and personal growth for employees.
• Oversee and track various training programs, including safety, leadership, and technical development.
• Ensure that talent development plans are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals.
• Develop and design comprehensive training plans and innovative learning solutions.
• Create and regularly update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Review and update existing training materials and methodologies to incorporate best practices.
• Utilize technology tools for efficient management of training content and progress tracking.
• Organize all logistical aspects for training sessions to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide individual coaching and mentoring to support employee development.
• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and external training vendors.
• Assist in the planning and allocation of the talent development budget.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in talent management and development. A minimum of ten years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and implement comprehensive talent development initiatives within an organizational setting.
