This full-time position is based in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, covering locations including King Abdullah Economic City.

Role Summary

The Senior Team Manager Engineering (Process Mechanical) will manage a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the manufacture and packaging of seafood products. This role requires maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance during assigned shifts to meet internal customer requirements, ensuring adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performs as required.
• Identify training needs for maintenance technicians and ensure the necessary skills inventory is in place.
• Review equipment deficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

This position is based in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with operations extending to King Abdullah Economic City.
