About the Role

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Supervisor, Operations - Ambient for its Distribution Center (DC) in Rabigh, KAEC. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing ambient operations within the DC, ensuring service delivery targets are met while upholding company policies and values. The Supervisor will manage resources and workloads effectively to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage resources and workloads to ensure the DC meets service delivery targets.
• Supervise DC operations processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective people and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements for equipment and stock.
• Monitor the completion of daily tasks within the DC.
• Provide daily reports with a focus on productivity, manpower utilization, and time management.
• Monitor and control consumable supplies and overtime.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage operational resources effectively.
• Experience in supervising distribution center operations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at the Distribution Center in Rabigh, KAEC. The role involves working within a dynamic operational environment, focusing on maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
