Portaluna, a Morgans Originals Hotel, is seeking a Bellman to join its team in Ras Tannurah, located in the Eastern region. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a guest-focused environment.

Role Overview

The Bellman plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for guests from their arrival through to their departure. This position involves providing comprehensive support, assisting with various needs, and contributing to a seamless and positive stay for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist with luggage handling, including delivery to rooms and storage.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Help arrange transportation services, such as taxis, shuttles, and car services.
• Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are settled and comfortable.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the lobby area.
• Assist in coordinating special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
• Report any suspicious individuals, behavior, parcels, or vehicles to hotel Security.
• Personalize interactions and engage with guests on an individual basis.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about nearby places of interest, promotions, and events.
• Offer precise directions, accompanied by a complimentary map of the surrounding area.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support departmental operations and property objectives.
