About Edition and the Role

Edition is seeking a Bellman Saudi National to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to creating positive first impressions and ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Role Overview

As a Guest Arrival Expert, the Bellman plays a critical role in shaping memorable arrival and departure experiences for all guests. This position involves delivering a wide range of services designed to make guests feel valued and supported throughout their stay, ensuring their initial and final interactions are positive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Guide guests through their arrival and departure processes.
Process operational needs and respond to guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports and provide guests with highlights of the local area.
Ensure all guest transactions are integrated smoothly into the overall experience.
Contribute to a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information and protect company assets.
Uphold quality standards, including professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or *** equivalent.
