Edition is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Inak. This role focuses on creating a memorable experience for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring that all interactions contribute positively to the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking initiative to offer a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handling operational needs and responding to guest requests.
• Preparing reports and sharing local points of interest with guests.
• Ensuring a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Respecting quality standards and ensuring professional appearance and communication.
• Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance.
