About Four Colors

Four Colors is seeking a Brand Strategist to join its team in Unayzah, Al Qasim. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for establishing the strategic foundation of brands developed for clients. The role is central to defining how a client's business is positioned, understood, and remembered.

Role Overview

The Brand Strategist owns the initial strategic phase of every brand project. This involves shaping the core identity and market perception of a client's business before any visual design elements are created. The position requires a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable brand frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to inform brand strategy.
• Define each client's brand foundation, including mission, vision, and brand story.
• Establish the appropriate tone of voice and brand vocabulary for each project.
• Lead client discovery sessions to gather essential insights and requirements.
• Translate research findings into clear and concise creative briefs for design and content teams.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent and well-defined brand identity.
• Present strategic recommendations directly to clients and articulate the rationale behind them.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in brand strategy or a related field. The role demands a proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives.

Preferred Certifications

While not strictly required, the following certifications are preferred:

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP)
• E-Marketing Certificate (CAME-EMC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Unayzah, Al Qasim. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
