About the Role

Razeen real estat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the operations of its retail center in Unayzah, Al Qassim Region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the efficient management and strategic growth of the mall, focusing on operational excellence and tenant satisfaction within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the mall effectively, including overseeing all maintenance and daily operational tasks.
• Work to increase occupancy rates and strategically attract suitable retail brands to enhance the mall's offerings.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with tenants, actively addressing any operational challenges or concerns.
• Supervise marketing activities and campaigns designed to boost visitor numbers and overall engagement with the mall.
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports and submit them regularly to senior management for review and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing shopping malls or large-scale retail centers.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to effectively manage teams and analyze performance data for informed decision-making.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Unayzah, Al Qassim Region. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 18,750, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
