Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for a prominent manufacturing organization. This full-time, strategic leadership position is based in Makkah, specifically King Abdullah Economic City, and involves overseeing supply chain planning, production coordination, logistics, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and cost optimization. The role also supports factory industrialization and operational ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, encompassing production, raw materials, inventory, demand, and distribution.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Support factory start-up, ramp-up, and industrialization, ensuring operational readiness and supply continuity.
• Manage 3PL partners, logistics providers, and strategic suppliers, including tendering, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Drive inventory optimization, cost control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, leveraging data analytics, digital solutions, and AI-driven tools.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, HSE standards, and applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and international headquarters teams to enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience managing 3PL providers, transportation tenders, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of cost control, contract management, and operational performance improvement.
• Familiarity with customs, import/export regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Exposure to digital supply chain solutions, AI applications, and continuous improvement methodologies.

This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is offered as a full-time position. The successful candidate will contribute to a leading manufacturing organization's strategic growth and operational excellence.

Location

The position is based in Makkah, with primary responsibilities in King Abdullah Economic City.
