Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Production Officer to join its team in Makkah, Rabigh, or King Abdullah Economic City. This full-time role involves leading a self-directed, multi-functional team to efficiently process and pack seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish. The Production Officer ensures operations adhere to company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, while maintaining product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within established management parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets, ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees to ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety requirements.
• Oversee seafood processing activities, including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing, to meet yield and quality targets.
• Review production plans with the Planning Department to ensure product availability according to schedules.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring products are delivered at the correct time and meet specified requirements.
• Ensure all seafood products consistently meet company quality and safety standards.
